Evora’s Contractor Cockpit solution aims for an easy integration of external technicians into digital maintenance process.
Maintenance is often outsourced. Evora helps overcome the challenges of working with different companies, changing technicians, time consuming onboarding and incomplete documentation. Evora’s new Contractor Cockpit solution aims for an easy integration of external technicians into digital maintenance process. We are proud to announce that Contractor Cockpit solution is now available on SAP® Store, the online marketplace for SAP and partner offerings.
At lots of companies the internal technicians already benefit from the digitalisation of maintenance, but the integration of third-party service providers and external technicians often fails due to missing SAP integration and a lack of end devices or licences.
A key challenge is the efficient onboarding of large groups of people in the shortest possible time. Especially in Germany, the requirements of the Temporary Employment Act must also be met. In addition, documenting the work performed is a must.
The solution developed by Evora is based on SAP Business Technology Platform and works with a cloud database that supports data replication and a web application as user interface. This solution also allows for use in offline scenarios. Contractor Cockpit works also well with the SAP Business Network for Asset Collaboration (BNAC). The work orders created in S/4 are handed over to the contractors through BNAC, can be easily processed in the Evora Contractor Cockpit.
