The CNC oil skimmer is an innovative and efficient minimum maintenance system for the cooling lubricant.
It can be used flexibly on several machines. It is mounted with a movable magnetic holder.
It is equipped with an impeller and remote control (or potentiometer), allowing a simple and cost-effective “cooling lubricant management upgrade” to be carried out.
Application:
Install the oil skimmer in the cooling lubricant tank of the machine tool. The interaction of impeller and skimmer quickly draws in tramp oil from remote tank areas and the cooling lubricant is additionally supplied with oxygen. The speed can be individually adjusted via the remote control or potentiometer.
