• Completed higher education in electrical engineering or comparable training
Ideally a machine safety expert (e.g. CMSE® – Certified Machinery Safety Expert)
• Good knowledge of the Machinery Directive and relevant standards (ISO 13849, 12100, 62061, 14119, etc.) as well as SISTEMA software
• At least 5-7 years of professional experience in sales/business development in a technology company in B2B field sales for products that require a lot of explanation
• Knowledge of control programming and elevator electronics is an advantage
• Confident demeanor, strong communication skills and negotiating skills combined with decisiveness and a focus on results
• Team player, high level of self-motivation, positive charisma, sociable and customer-friendly demeanor as well as sales skills
• Excellent consulting skills, empathy, strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Fluent French, German and Swiss German
• High level of flexibility and willingness to travel 30-40% within Switzerland
• Good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP
