Collaboration with relevant departments to implement quality improvements. Close cooperation with the production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification. Knowledge in production planning, process optimization, and quality management. Analytical thinking, ability to solve complex problems. Team-oriented work style, good communication skills. Experience in conducting training and workshops. Fluent in German and English.
