What does the job look like?
✔️Planning budgets, distribution and sales targets
✔️Customer and area responsibility for all products
✔️Regular customer visits and customer support
✔️Maintaining the existing customer base and acquiring new customers and markets in their sales area
✔️Building and promoting strong, long-term customer relationships by working with them and understanding their needs
✔️Permanent budget and sales statistics control
✔️Supporting the relevant product managers to implement the goals through market observations
✔️Participation in international events and meetings
What do we expect from you?
✔️Basic electrical engineering training with good knowledge of the industrial sector and automation
✔️Successful previous experience as a sales representative or
sales manager
✔️Analytical and process-oriented thinking and a desire for continuous improvement
✔️Fluent in written and spoken German, English an advantage
✔️Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
