What do we expect from you?
✔️Completion of a higher education in the field of human resources
✔️3 years of confirmed HR experience in the Swiss industry
✔️Native German speaker with very good French skills (B2)
✔️Solid knowledge of labor law and good knowledge of recruitment methods
✔️Confident in project, conflict and change management
✔️Equipped with good organizational and interpersonal skills, flexibility and team spirit
