What you bring:
– Completed training or studies in business or technical fields
– Additional training in the areas of IT, technology, communication, etc. is welcome
– Initial practical work experience desirable (advantageous, but not essential)
– Strong technical interest and IT affinity
– Basic knowledge of database management systems (e.g. MS Access, MS SQL) is an advantage
– Fluent written and spoken English and German
– Strong customer service skills
– Strong initiative and independence
– High level of willingness to learn and intellectual comprehension
– High level of quality awareness
– Basic programming skills
Nice-to-have:
– Knowledge of SAP Field Service Management (SAP FSM) in small and medium-sized industrial companies
– Knowledge of supporting field service solutions
Advanced knowledge of managing SAP HANA environments including Suse Linux OS
