With the introduction of SAP S/4HANA, the way maintenance processes are managed has also evolved. A key component of this new type of development is phase-based maintenance, which is not just an additional feature, but an integral part of the new SAP EAM best practices 4HH (Reactive Maintenance) and 4HI (Proactive Maintenance).
