FlexEdge® with HDMI provides real-time visual monitoring of current production rates and targets. Develop KPI, Andon, OEE displays or choose from predefined productivity templates.
With FlexEdge with HDMI capability, you can easily and quickly create real-time productivity displays thanks to the integrated Crimson® software from Red Lion. Crimson software enables you to set up simple data visualization applications by step-by-step configuring communication protocols and defining data tags for access.
• Collect data directly from PLCs, drives, barcode scanners and other devices. Mapping is done via a simple, code-free drag-and-drop interface. A Siemens® PLC can thus communicate with an Allen Bradley® drive in a matter of seconds.
• Use the integrated graphics library with over 5,000 drag-and-drop elements to visually map applications, e.g. meters and other industrial graphics.
• Synchronize data with FTP servers and MS SQL Server to send information where it is needed.
• The integrated email manager sends notifications to one or more specified recipients via email with attached reports or logged data files.
• Integrated cloud connectors connect your productivity data to one or more cloud providers, including Azure, AWS, Cumulocity, Sparkplug, Aveva or other MQTT providers
