FORM WASH
This device ensures perfect and automated cleaning of your components, which you produce with the Formlabs Form 2.
Automated cleaning with Form Wash
Remove the build platform parts from the Formlabs Form 2 and place them directly into the Form Wash. Protective gloves are not required for this.
Faster and easier cleaning process
All you have to do is set the time, and Form Wash does the rest for you.
The cleaning process is already complete after about 15 minutes in the alcohol bath (when using fresh isopropanol (IPA)). The replaceable IPA container has a capacity for 8.6 liters of isopropanol.
With regular use, around 70 printed parts can be cleaned per IPA filling. Form Wash automatically pans the parts in IPA. This ensures that even areas that are difficult to access are cleaned optimally and cleanly.
Automatic wash cycle
At the end of the cleaning time, Form Wash automatically lifts the parts out of the solution to prevent distortion from prolonged contact with IPA. The printed components then dry in the air and can be removed by you at any time.
