With the brand new Form Wash L from Formlabs, even large-format components from the Formlabs Form 3B or Formlabs Form 3BL 3D printer can now be cleaned easily and efficiently.
Fully automated cleaning system
Once the part has been printed, the part can be easily inserted into the Form Wash L using the build platform. In this, any excess resin that is still adhering to the component is removed with the help of the alcohol isopropanol. Only the time has to be set for the wash cycle. This then runs automatically until after about 15 minutes the device lifts the component out of the isopropanol and it can air dry before it is transferred to the Form Cure L for further processing.
With the reduced manual interventions on the Form Wash L, you save time, gain efficiency in the post-processing of your parts and achieve a top result.
