MARKFORGED METAL X – METAL 3D PRINTER
After the revolution of 3D printing with the connection of fibers using CFF technology, Markforged now offers you an absolute novelty: The Markforged Metal X. With the metal printer Metal X you can produce metal parts in 3D overnight. This is made possible by the latest technology and at a fraction of the cost of conventional manufacturing processes. Forget everything that has come before and let your ideas run free: industrial spare parts, injection molds or ready-to-use prototypes – nothing is impossible anymore.
The Markforged Metal X metal 3D printer works with the following alloys:
17-4 stainless steel
H13 tool steel
316L Stainless Steel (Beta)
6061 Aluminum (Beta)
7075 Aluminum (Beta)
A-2 tool steel
D-2 Tool Steel (Beta)
In Alloy (Inconel) 625 (Beta)
Titan TI-6AI-4V (Beta)
EXPLORE THE NEW ADAM 3D PRINTING TECHNOLOGY
From now on you need significantly less time from the draft to the finished metal component. ADAM (Atomic Diffusion Additive Manufacturing) allows you to print your part with a bonded metal powder rod, which easily transforms into a dense metal part. Crystal growth through all axes (x,y,z) is achieved by sintering. This gives the parts optimal mechanical properties in all directions.
HIGHEST RESOLUTION OF COURSE EVEN FOR LARGE COMPONENTS
With the large build volume of the Markforged Metal X, numerous industries such as automotive, mold making, aerospace, etc. benefit from completely new possibilities such as the production of key components, individual components, spare parts, molds, tools, and much much more. The layer thickness is 50 microns. After the sintering process, details come to light even better.
