The load capacity of our standard double-girder overhead cranes ranges from 1 ton to 80 tons. In cases where heavier loads need to be transported, we provide system solutions with open-type lifting groups. These cranes are preferred in areas with long bridge span widths.
Our product portfolio includes various lifting groups classified according to loading capacity and FEM standards. When the distance between the gusset and the roof truss is insufficient to achieve maximum lifting height, we design our cranes specifically to provide optimal solutions. We use certified materials and equipment in our girder, lifting, and running groups.
Industrial manufacturing plants, workshops, hydroelectric power plants, dams, and similar sectors are the application areas for overhead cranes. The load capacity of our standard single-girder overhead cranes varies between 1 ton and 40 tons. For lifting requirements exceeding 40 tons, we provide system solutions with open-type lifting groups through special engineering studies.
Single-girder overhead cranes should be preferred as an economical solution in areas with shorter bridge span widths. In design, when there is not enough space between the gusset and the roof truss for crane operation, single-girder overhead cranes can be used for load transport applications.
The girders can be manufactured from box constructions, while girders for low-tonnage cranes can also be manufactured from standard profiles.
