The Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W 3D printer, the core of the Formlabs SLS Ecosystem, is an affordable SLS 3D printer designed for industrial applications. The Formlabs Fuse Sift and Formlabs Fuse Blast serve as the post-processing stations for the SLS Ecosystem. Formlabs Fuse Sift manages powder handling, including recovery, mixing, and storage. The first step in the Fuse Sift process involves removing the powder cake to initiate subsequent steps. Formlabs Fuse Blast is responsible for the detailed removal of powder residues and the polishing of components.
